We sold our home very quickly. Matt and his team were so good at staying on top of everything. We received a very good price for our house. Everyone one the team was knowledgeable, professional and very, very nice. We loved them. They have all kinds of resources if you need items fixed or updated. The people they work with are excellent and good at their jobs and most importantly, reasonably priced. We so enjoyed working with Matt. Scott was born and raised in Naperville, Illinois just 30 miles West of Chicago. He went to school at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Economics in 1997. Upon graduation, Scott began his career in finance by becoming a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. As one of the youngest members of the exchange Scott learned the fast-paced world of finance on the busiest trading floors on the planet. Scott worked directly with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Technology Department in implementing the first computerized order entry platform designed for Trading Floors around the globe. Scott went on to design other computerized trading platforms for several different sectors of the financial industry and celebrated many successes over his 15-year financial career.
Scott joined the Realtors Association in the fall of 2011. The transition from trading financial markets to assisting clients in real estate investing was natural for Scott. Drawing on his successes in the investment world, Scott has developed an excellent ability to match a client with the perfect real estate investment. Whether that real estate investment be a single-family home purchased as a primary residence, a condominium used for seasonal escapes, or a commercially zoned parcel of land, Scott has the ability and know-how to match his clients with the investment that most fits their needs and desires. As a home locator and home selling specialist, he will be able to help in the smooth transition of selling and relocation process. Christine was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. She has been in sales since she was only 15, making her well-seasoned in the trade. In 1996, Christine gave birth to her one and only son, Bryce. Jennifer was born in August of 1979 in Gainesville. Shortly after turning two, her family relocated to Englewood where she was raised. After graduating from Lemon Bay High School, Jennifer decided to move to Port Charlotte. While working full time, Jennifer attended Manatee Community College in Venice. In 2001, Jennifer and her husband opened their own landscaping business. The following year she obtained her real estate license and became and agent for Century 21, all while still helping run the landscaping business. Jennifer gave birth to her first child, Hayley Gabbard, in 2004. Two years later, she decided to build a home in North Port. In 2007, Jennifer welcomed her second child, Elissa Gabbard, into the world. That same year, the landscaping business excelled and required too much of Jennifer’s time. She decided to put her real estate license in an inactive status. In 2014, Jennifer sold the landscaping business and went back to following her passion of selling real estate. She initially settled in North Port, but later moved to Port Charlotte where she currently resides. What made Mallory fall in love with the area is the Florida outdoors, especially the beaches! Mallory’s husband runs a fishing guide service in the area, allowing her to gain extensive knowledge of the local waterways and canal systems.
